Assorted with Rice

NOTE: This recipe is not vegan, but can be adapted.
I would advise using something akin to quorn/mycoprotein-wtv diced "chicken" for this.

Ingredients

This serves 2 people.


Preparation

NOTE: Action one and action three are started in a concurrent fashion.

  1. Heat up wok until it is hot enough, then put to medium to medium-high. Put oil and meat in.
  2. When the meat is lightly seared, add the suitable sauce in, and then add in veg not long after.
  3. Start the rice. Use boiling water to start at medium high. OR boil in saucepan until it starts to boil, then turn to medium high.
    HOWEVER this affects timing, hence start 5-ish minutes earlier, or cook the meat slower.
  4. Wait until rice or meat is cooked through. When done, if suitable, add sauce in to meat&/veg.
  5. Serve.

This in question is a satay with naan and rice. This is with chicken and peppers and onions.
