Koftas with Naan

NOTE: This recipe is not vegan, as it is a spiced minced meat recipe.
If you were to make it vegan/vegetarian, you would have to substitute the store-bought koftas with a quorn-like setup with garlic, grated onion, cumin, coriander, paprika, parsely and mint, as seen from this cursory search on the subject.
If you only had minced meat at hand, the same link (or a similar one in premise) would allow you to make koftas. These were cylindrical shaped and rather wide for their size.

Ingredients


Preparation

  1. Dice Onions and Peppers.
  2. Prepare Naan from before.
  3. Cook koftas in oven or air-frier. Air-frier takes 20minutes on 200°C.
  4. Serve all of ingredients on plates.
  5. Eat with naan and related ingredients, with the naan folded in your hands.

Serving Example

This is a kofta with lettuce, raw red onions, spinach and sri-racha.
