Gluten-Free Naan (6 Servings)

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Gluten-free Self-raising
flour
- 3/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
OR 30g Butter
(i.e. 15ml (tbsp) x 2 melted)

4 Tablespoons warm water
(It doesnt come together otherwise)
Preparation

Prepare flour.
(I.e. if not self-raising add 2 tbsp baking powder)

Add wet ingredients and stir.
(i.e. the yogurt and the
butter/oil.)
If the dough is not wet enough or its not
coming together, add warm water as required.
If the dough is sticky this is desired, and you can always add small
amounts of flour afterwards.

Rest in the fridge. Ideally for 30 minutes.
Stir together again aftewards, trying to get a drier consistency by
adding small amounts of flour as stated previously.

Knead for 2-3 minutes.

Divide into six servings.

Roll into flat oval with floured rolling pin.

Cook on pan on medium to medium-high heat.
